Just ask John Osborn and his network of NW Missouri cattle producers that have been using Green Garden genetics since 1998, what a difference a prime carcass can make. John's is again leading the 2011 AngusSource® Carcass Challenge with 92.1% of his cattle grading CAB® and Prime. Last year John's 3rd quater pen of heifers topped the northeast region with the highest quality grades ever seen in a National Angus Carcass Contest. John's pen went 100% CAB® brand and CAB® Prime, with 45% of the pen hitting the Prime upper deck in grade.

Green Garden has 35 fall bred coming 2 year olds for Private Treaty Sale.  They will be available May 1, 2011.

Sorry these are already sold.

Congratulations to John Osborn, as he raised the bar in the AngusSource Carcass Challenge, with a 3rd quarter pen of heifers that topped the northeast region with the highest quality grades ever seen in a National Angus Carcass Contest.  John’s pen went 100% CAB brand and CAB Prime, with 45% of the pen hitting the Prime upper deck in grade.  This was John’s second load of 100% CAB® and Prime calves he harvested this year. John has also had four other entries in the 3rd quarter that have exceeded 90% CAB and Prime.  John has been using Green Garden genetics since 2001, and has been drawing on a select group of local herds to supply his feedlot who have been using Green Garden bulls from as far back as 1998, including Norman Kanak and Pete Mitts.
